    Roosevelt Morgan


    Roosevelt hails from Leeds, AL, and boasts a solid educational background, holding a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Faulkner University and a graduate degree from Troy University. He is furthering his academic pursuits by pursuing a Ph.D. in Human Capital Development at The University of Southern Mississippi.

    With over a decade of global HR experience, Roosevelt has honed his skills in strategically aligning executive direction and leadership with HR initiatives to drive organizational growth, foster cultural stability, and cultivate employee loyalty. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a keen ability to navigate complex HR landscapes across multiple countries, championing the implementation of targeted HR policies while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.

    Roosevelt has earned a reputation for excellence in talent acquisition and selection processes, consistently acquiring top talent while reducing turnover rates across various positions. His focus on enhancing the employee experience, conducting needs assessments, and implementing strategies to address skills gaps at all organizational levels underscores his commitment to driving sustainable business success.

    Active within professional and community organizations, Roosevelt has held leadership positions in the Birmingham Society of Human Resource Management, serving as the Workforce Development Vice President and Keynote Speaker for New Generation Leadership. Additionally, he has contributed as the Co-Chair of DEI for the largest Rotaract Club in the world.

    Driven by a passion for nurturing the next generation, Roosevelt remains dedicated to helping youth prepare for the challenges of tomorrow, emphasizing the importance of putting the "Human" in Human Resources. His multifaceted expertise, leadership acumen, and commitment to mentorship make him a valuable asset in any organizational or community setting.
