HRCI Certification

Earning a credential from HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®) speaks volumes ― about you as an HR  professional, about the organization you serve and about the employees who put their trust in you. An HRCI certification distinguishes you as a expert in the HR field, with proven levels of skills and knowledge, and the competence necessary to mitigate risks and drive business results.

Please note that SHRM is no longer submitting their programs to HRCI for pre-approval. However, HRCI still accepts SHRM credits for recertification. Since this SHRM program will not have a 6-digit code, you will need to self-report your certificate under Professional Development: Continuing Education (Instructor Led.).

Instructions:

Log into your HRCI Recertification Application
Find Professional Development: Continuing Education (Instructor Led) heading.
Click on the Add Activity button, to the right.
This will open a window where you can select activity type.
Then a new form will open for you to complete.
Click Next and follow the prompts to attest and submit the activity.
You should see it reflected in the number of hours submitted at the top of the page.

Please feel free to contact HRCI for more information: www.hrci.org

Whether you are an HR expert or just starting out, HRCI has a suite of proven credentials that are just right for your level of experience.
