HR Breakfast Club

TCC Center of Excellence

2301 Horizon Drive

Fort Worth, TX 76117

Join Fort Worth HR, Mid-Cities HR, and North Texas HR to  Meet, Greet, and Eat with fellow HR professionals throughout the Metroplex.

Our networking breakfast will feature Thomas Torlincasi, an award-winning public speaker with a background in the corporate world and as a CEO of a renewable start-up.  As a graduate of the Mays School of Business at Texas A&M, early in his career he held a position as director of recruiting and training in an environment that was not that far removed from the show Mad Men.  Thankfully, things have changed a lot in the industry since then.  Leadership roles have evolved, and now more than ever HR professionals must be prepared to move beyond compliance to collaboration.  This inspirational presentation, titled "Who do you work for?", will explore the value of re-thinking your thinking with regard to why we work, why employee satisfaction matters, why as HR professionals we can be both servant leaders and leaders that lead from the front, and what a modern CEO is looking for from HR professionals.
