Ethics for the HR Professional

Ethics for the HR Professional Since the beginning of time, ethics or the lack of ethics has led to a few predicaments for businesses, people, and especially professionals in Human Resources. Ask ten people to define ethics, and you could get 18 different answers. For example, "It's legal, so it must be ethical … right?" Join this interactive session as we peek into the world of HR and explore the impact of ethics on the professional and personal life of an HR Practioner.

OBJECTIVES: Explore if there is a difference between Business Ethics vs. Personal Ethics. Discover if and how company values and culture impact ethical behavior— understanding the importance of an Organization's Ethics Program.
