Topgolf - Chapter Fundraiser
MCHRA is excited to host a get back together event at Topgolf, to raise money for the Tarrant Area Food Bank.
Tarrant Area Food Bank's mission is to empower our communities to alleviate hunger by providing food, education and resources.

The TAFB was founded in 1982 by a group of Fort Worth residents concerned about hunger in their community. Three months after opening in October 1982, the organization had distributed donated food to 50 charities in Fort Worth, thanks to commercial donors and a holiday food drive by the Fort Worth community.
Other SHRM affiliated chapters around Texas will be joining us at their respective Topgolf location on the same date and at the same time. We are excited to play with: San Antonio, Austin, El Paso, Dallas, and Fort Worth SHRM Chapters.
Registration:
- Individual Player - $50 (includes food, two (2) drink tickets, golf tournament, networking)
- Social Ticket - $30 (includes food, one (1) drink ticket, networking - no golf play)

MCHRA Topgolf Sponsorship Packages:
Bay Sponsor - $500
· Includes company logo on sponsor signage, digital/print signage in the bay and recognition as the Bay sponsor on Networking Event page of the Chapter website.
· Sponsor has two representatives that will join four paid participants at their bay.
· Light Bites
· Four (4) drink tickets
Food Sponsor - $750
· Includes company logo on sponsor signage, digital/print signage in the bay and recognition as the food sponsor on Networking Event page of the Chapter Website. Plus, one (1) month additional logo branding (a $250.00 value add).
· Signage on food stations
· Sponsor has two representatives that will join four paid participants at their bay.
· Light Bites

Bar Sponsor - $750
· Includes company logo on sponsor signage, digital/print signage in the bay and recognition as the Bar sponsor on Networking Event page of the Chapter website. Plus, one (1) month additional logo branding (a $250.00 value add).

Presenting Sponsor - $1,000
· Includes company logo on sponsor signage, digital/print signage in the bay and on the large HDS screen at a designated time.
· Marketing includes company logo and link on sponsored Networking Event webpage, pre-event social media, Chapter newsletter recognition and all pre-event promotional emails, registered attendee reminder emails and post event follow-up. Plus, extended logo branding for three (3) months. (a $750.00 value add which includes our July Legal Roundtable event).
· Sales includes a marketing table in patio area with company literature, giveaways, etc.
· Golf Tournament includes six players (sponsor responsible for inviting team members and creating team)
· Light Bites
· Twelve (12) drink tickets for team
