About Debi Dault, CRP, GPHR, SHRM-SCP

As a volunteer leader, Debi Dault serves as the Immediate Past Director of Texas SHRM.  Texas SHRM is an Affiliate of SHRM and oversees and supports 34 HR chapters and 33 student HR chapters in the state of Texas.   Texas SHRM is made up of all the elected Presidents and President Elects of these chapters and volunteer leaders representing a variety of core initiatives important to our HR professionals in the state.

Her paying job is Director of Global HR services for TheMIGroup, a global relocation management company.  Debi has been with TheMIGroup for over fifteen years and spends her time working with corporations in determining solutions for domestic and global mobility in the United States and abroad.

Before joining The MI Group, Debi was Vice President Professional Staffing for Todays Staffing, Inc. a division of CDI Incorporated a 1.6 billion dollar, Fortune 500 Company.  As a member of the Executive Committee she served on the Board of Directors and was responsible one of the largest business units. She has held many positions in the HR profession.  Some of her favorites were leading a Mergers & Acquisition’s team and developing and facilitating training.

Debi is a 6th generation Texan and great granddaughter of the 4th and last President of the Republic of Texas, Anson Jones.  Debi is a frequent speaker on HR issues for both corporations and HR educational conferences and is an instructor for the SHRM-SCP at Rice University. 


 This presentation has been approved for 1.00 recertification credit towards SHRM-CP, and SHRM-SCP through SHRM and pending 1.00 recertification credit towards PHR, SPHR, and GPHR recertification through HRCI.
