The Millennials Are Coming!
Actually, they’re already here. These amazing workers want to change the world – and they will!

Organizations will need to change the way they do business if they are going to attract and retain these new workers. Companies must understand the differences among the four generations currently in the workplace and experienced managers must update their motivational and leadership strategies to get the most from this upcoming workforce.

That is the objective of The Millennial Challenge, to help managers get the most from their new Millennial workers. We will do this through a unique discussion that starts with an introductory presentation and then moves to an interactive discussion with MCHRA members. It's one of the most unique, interesting, and engaging presentations you'll ever see!

Learning Objectives
1. Recognize and describe the different generations in today's workplace.
2. Explore how each generation can effectively work together.
3. Understand the strengths and weaknesses of Millennial workers.
4. Explore strategies for hiring, retaining, developing, and motivating Millennial workers.

About Darren Ford
With a driving passion to see people succeed, Darren has “reinvented” himself several times throughout his career. After starting in the IT industry as a business development professional, working mostly at a corporate/national level, Darren and his family moved to Bulgaria where he become headmaster of a small school. After four years, Darren returned to Texas and started NexGen Leadership, a nonprofit organization dedicated to teaching leadership and life skills to high school students.

Darren then turned his attention to people development in the corporate world. He joined Santander Consumer USA, a Dallas-based financial organization, first as the Director of Employee Development and later as Vice President of Culture & Engagement. In this role, he led the charge to develop a corporate culture that would allow employees to be happy and satisfied while doing their best work.

Darren now leads
ProCulture Consulting. Through keynote presentations, training workshops, and consulting, PCC is dedicated to helping organizations build engaging cultures and engaged employees.
